It's hard to believe that June is almost over. We have been on 2 vacations in one month. And lucky for us, they happen to be to our 2 favorite places:
Island Park and Lake Powell
The week we went to Island Park the weather was supposed to be cold and rainy. We made a decision to leave the boat, the bikes, and the 4-wheelers at home. We were a bit worried about what we would do with 10 kids all week long without our recreational toys and going outside.
Turned out, the weather cooperated and we were able to spend lots of time outside. It didn't rain a drop and the sun even came out. The temps stayed in the high
50s/low 60s but it was warm enough! Even without boating, biking, 4 wheeling etc, we found plenty of fun! We had a total blast!
There are so many stories and so many pictures, but I have to be quick with this post. So I threw some pics and descriptions on a smilebox. Anyway, this trip was 2 weeks ago and we have already moved on to other things. Next up... Lake Powell.
