It's no secret that we love Lagoon. For the past 8 years we have bought season passes. You only have to go twice to pay for your season pass. We know we will definitely go at least once in October for Frightmares, so that means even if we only make it one time in the summer it is worth it.
The thing is, BS and I would probably hate Lagoon if we spent one long day and night there in the hot summer - which is what we would do if we didn't have passes - to make it worth the $45.00/person/day. Nope, we just go for 3 or 4 hours in the evening several times during the summer, an afternoon to spend at Lagoon-A-Beach, and a couple of times in the Fall.
Anyway, this year Lagoon did not disappoint!
We met up with our cousins a few times to make it even better!
Quincy was extra brave and tried some "big" rides. She loves Bambora, The Bat, and the yellow umbrella ride the most. I love going on them with her and hearing her scream and giggle!
The boys can and will go on every ride! Their favorite is probably "Wicked." Will's favorite thing to do, of course, is to play the games and try to win prizes. He is constantly trying to find ways to earn money so he can play the games. He likes to play "Lucky Ducks" because at worst you still walk away with a little prize.
Millie now goes on every ride at the park except for The Rocket, which is a really tall ride that either drops you from really high, or shoots you straight up. There is no talking her into it. Oh well, that's ok! She especially loves Samurai. The new Airplane ride is really fun too! She had fun with her friends and is glad that she is finally old enough to venture around the park on their own :)
