The beginning of August, Millie had fun participating in both the Highland and Alpine parades. Since she is both 8th Grade president and a cheerleader, and she couldn't be both at the same time, she went as a cheerleader in the first parade, and with student council in the next. It was hot but who cares when you are having fun with your friends!?

For student council they rode scooters and threw candy. They also wore capes for their school theme this year: "Be a super hero"
